The health of our relations and that of our employees is of great importance to our company. That is why we have taken measures in view of the COVID-19 virus (the ‘corona virus’) in line with the guidelines of the RIVM and the Dutch government. Our aim is to minimise the risks to everyone’s health as much as possible. The measures we have taken are as follows:

- Our employees work as much as possible from home. They have all the necessary facilities to communicate remotely and will ensure that they are easily accessible at home by telephone, e-mail and/or video conference.
- Employees who show symptoms of colds or flu or otherwise show symptoms of illness, or who do not feel well, are obliged to stay at home.
- Appointments with clients at the office or project location will be minimized and should preferably be made by telephone or video conference. For situations in which physical consultation with the client is still necessary, a suitable solution will certainly be sought in mutual consultation, so that the health risks and contamination risk are minimal.
Unfortunately, we cannot rule out the possibility that the measures put in place, may lead to some inconvenience. However, we will do everything we can to be of assistance and to offer solutions so that your project continues as efficiently as possible.
