PORTFOLIO DEPARTMENT STORE CHAIN – TDD
The portfolio consists of some 17 department stores throughout The Netherlands, varying in size. The various buildings are built in different years, different styles and maintenance conditions.
On behalf of Arcadis Netherlands, C2N carried out a full technical procurement inspection (TDD) – structural, architectural, building related installations, site – on all assets.
