On behalf of Arcadis Netherlands, C2N carried out a full Technical Due Diligence (TDD) on all the buildings. The TDD included a thorough inspection of the structural and architectural components, building systems, and the site of the properties. This enabled the client to gain detailed insights into the technical condition of the buildings and identify potential risks or areas for improvement.
