The northern part of Oosterdokseiland has been transformed into a vibrant and multifunctional campus, where Booking.com has established its international headquarters. With a total area of 72,500 m², including approximately 65,000 m² of office space for Booking.com, the project also includes public facilities, apartments, and meeting places.
The campus is specifically designed to encourage interaction, collaboration, and creativity. The project marks the completion of one of the largest urban developments in Western Europe, with a total volume of 225,000 m².
The building achieved the BREEAM-NL design certificate with an ‘Excellent’ score in July 2017. In May 2023, this was reaffirmed with a completion certificate, maintaining the same score, highlighting the sustainable nature of the headquarters.
C2N played a crucial role as the BREEAM Assessor throughout the entire process, significantly contributing to the sustainability level and success of this campus development.
