L'Oréal Netherlands rents the majority of the SHARE Building at the sustainable Park 20|20, where three floors are being renovated for their headquarters. The renovation includes offices, a restaurant, a staff shop, and the Academy. The project focuses on creating a healthy and sustainable work environment with ambitious certification goals: BREEAM-NL Excellent and WELL Gold.
C2N provided full guidance for BREEAM-NL and WELL throughout this project, acting as BREEAM Expert and WELL Consultant. The pursuit of these high certification levels underscores L'Oréal's commitment to sustainability and the well-being of their employees, resulting in an innovative workplace focused on health, energy efficiency, and comfort.
