The Edge, located on the Amsterdam Zuidas, is considered the most sustainable office building in the world. On December 2, 2014, the building achieved the BREEAM-NL Outstanding Completion Certificate with a sustainability score of 98.36%. The innovative design of The Edge combines smart technologies with exceptional energy performance, fully aligned with the principles of "The New Way of Working."
The building features climate ceilings, triple-glazed windows, CO2-controlled ventilation, integrated PV cells, energy-efficient installations, and high-quality insulation materials to optimize comfort and energy performance.
