De Klanderij is a prominent shopping center located in the center of Enschede, fulfilling an important regional role. The total floor area is approximately 23,000 m², spread across 52 retail units, covered walkways, a central food court, and logistics areas.
On behalf of TA Europe, C2N conducted a complete Technical Due Diligence (TDD) of the entire shopping center, including the leased retail units. The work included a detailed technical purchase inspection (TDD) of all components of the shopping center: structural, architectural, building services, and tenant facilities within the center.
