De Rotterdam is an iconic building located at the Wilhelminapier in Rotterdam, originally developed as part of the transformation of the pier into a mixed-use residential and work area. The building contains a unique combination of residential units, offices, conference rooms, a hotel, retail spaces, restaurants, and leisure facilities, making it a vertical city in itself. The building's design pays homage to the history of the Holland America Line, from which tens of thousands of Europeans emigrated to America.
The project involves the certification of the offices on the 5th and 6th floors of the base, the offices in the middle tower (municipality), and the offices and hotel in the east tower. C2N played the role of BREEAM-NL In-Use Expert, achieving the BREEAM-NL In-Use certification with a score of Good on December 15, 2022, demonstrating that the building meets the highest standards of sustainability and usability.
