Together, C2N & WDP take the next step in sustainable certification
In 2025 voegen wij samen met WDP dertien extra assets toe aan het Nederlandse BREEAM-NL In-Use portfolio. Daarmee is straks bijna de helft van WDP’s Nederlandse portefeuille aantoonbaar gecertificeerd, een mooie stap richting toekomstbestendig vastgoed.
In 2025, together with WDP, we will add thirteen additional assets to the Dutch BREEAM-NL In-Use portfolio. This means that almost half of WDP's Dutch portfolio will soon be demonstrably certified — a great step towards future-proof real estate.
As a BREEAM expert, we supervise this process from start to finish. Together with WDP and partners SGS, KT71, Zuivergroen, Hoppenbrouwers and Marleen Lubberding, we have implemented measures that contribute to healthy buildings, insight into residual value, water savings and biodiversity. It is expected that almost half of the assets involved will achieve a BREEAM “Good” certificate — a concrete result that we are proud of.
We look ahead to the transition from BREEAM-NL 6.0 to 6.1.1 in 2026 and make the link with GRESB, so that the results are also valuable in broader ESG reports. In addition, we are introducing a new tool that allows customers to immediately see the impact and value of sustainable measures.
With this approach, we are not only building certifications, but especially on sustainable relationships and a forward-looking real estate portfolio.
