Successful Delivery of The Pulse of Amsterdam

We are proud to announce the completion of The Pulse of Amsterdam, an innovative project that combines urban multifunctionality with sustainability. This building offers a mix of high-quality offices, residential units, and amenities such as a cinema, green rooftops, and serves as a new 24/7 destination in the Zuidas.

The Pulse is expected to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding certification in 2025. Thanks to sustainable measures, such as integrated solar panels in the façades and a circular rooftop garden with an irrigation system powered by water tanks beneath the building, the building is nearly energy-neutral. This emphasizes the building's leading sustainability standard.

The Zuidas is now home to a highly sustainable building. With this ambitious project, C2N has once again added an impressive and forward-thinking project to its portfolio. We have been involved as a sustainability advisor since the tender phase in 2019, supporting the developer, contractor, and tenants in realizing their sustainability goals.
