WDP Successfully Completes 2023 Portfolio with BREEAM Certification

Great news! On Thursday, June 20, the property management team of WDP - Warehouses with brains Netherlands received a BREEAM certificate from the Dutch Green Building Council (DGBC). This marks another milestone in our sustainability journey, which began with a successful pilot in 2022 and culminates in the achievement of an ambitious target: by 2025, more than 75 percent of our existing real estate portfolio will be certified for sustainability.
