In September 2022, Heembouw began construction of Distribution Center Ara Almelo at the XL Business Park Twente. The facility consists of four halls and four office areas and is surrounded by a nearly one-kilometer-long green screen standing 15 meters tall. With a strong focus on nature inclusivity, the building establishes a close relationship with its environment, contributing to a pleasant place to work and stay.
C2N serves as the BREEAM-NL Expert and Taxonomy Advisor on this project, guiding its sustainability efforts.
