DC De Loeten is an innovative distribution center currently under construction at Meerlandenweg 40 in Amstelveen. The project is being developed for Ringmeer/NES Vastgoed and investor P3, with Heembouw as the main contractor. The building, designed by Heembouw Architects, spans a generous 28,000 m², including office spaces and mezzanine floors.
A standout feature of the design is the emphasis on creating a pleasant workplace. Large windows on the south façade provide ample natural light in the warehouse and offer continuous views of greenery, with a row of trees along Meerlandenweg contributing to a pleasant and natural working environment.
C2N serves as the BREEAM Expert for the completion certificate, and in 2023, DC De Loeten achieved the design certificate with a BREEAM rating of “Very Good.”
