Eastwood is an existing logistics building in Oosterhout, including a standalone office building, developed and operated by Graaf Logistics. For this transaction, C2N carried out the Technical Due Diligence (TDD) in September 2022. During the transaction, a comprehensive ESG report was also prepared, which included a CRREM analysis and a BREEAM In-Use scan.
The property features a wind turbine that provides energy to the building and feeds power back into the grid. Additionally, the site is connected to the Prorail rail network via a dedicated rail track, enhancing logistical efficiency. C2N conducted a detailed ESG analysis to identify sustainability-related risks and opportunities, and to provide recommendations for further improvement.
