Fource Logistics Distribution Center — Berkel en Rodenrijs
Since 2004, we have been delivering sustainable and financially responsible real estate solutions. Through strategic advice and leading projects, we are shaping the future of real estate.
Key Features: Fully energy self-sufficient through solar panels, sustainable energy supply.
The Fource Logistics distribution center, located in the Oudeland industrial area in Berkel en Rodenrijs, was developed by Heembouw on behalf of Union Investment. Fource Logistics provides a wide range of products and services for automotive businesses, including auto parts, tools, oil, tires, workshop supplies, and services such as training and technical data.
This new, sustainable distribution center, covering 50,000 m², serves as a central location for Fource’s operations in the Netherlands, which were previously spread across four different sites. The building is designed to be fully energy self-sufficient thanks to a roof entirely covered with solar panels.
The project is certified with BREEAM-NL Excellent, making it a sustainable and energy-efficient building. C2N played the role of BREEAM-NL Expert in this project, contributing to the achievement of the sustainability certification and providing advice on the design and implementation of the project.
Progress starts by asking the right questions – not by offering quick answers.
Create value, reduce impact – choose sustainable real estate.
