Key Features: Energy-positive, with PV panels, excellent insulation, and smart technology.
The ING Headquarters in Amsterdam-Zuidoost is an example of a sustainable and future-proof building. The office complex consists of two connected buildings, each with an atrium, and accommodates approximately 2,900 employees. It forms the core of the ING campus, a dynamic workplace that fosters creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
The building is energy-positive, thanks to excellent insulation, PV panels, and smart technology. This makes it one of the most sustainable buildings in the Netherlands under the BREEAM-NL certification. The BREEAM-NL Outstanding certificate was achieved on May 28, 2020, following the building's completion in March 2019.
C2N played a crucial role as sustainability advisor and BREEAM-NL Expert, supporting the entire process to ensure ING's sustainability goals were met at every stage of the project.
The future of real estate lies in innovation, efficiency, and responsibility.
Sustainability isn’t an add-on – it’s the foundation of any real estate strategy.
