C2N, at the request of WDP Nederland, conducted a comprehensive Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for the distribution center of the Internationale Pakketdienst. The center covers a total gross floor area of approximately 31,000 m², spread across two distribution halls with 193 docks. The facility serves various functions, including storage, distribution, cross-docking, customs areas, offices, and a cafeteria.
In addition to the TDD, which involved a thorough inspection of the building's structural, architectural, and building services, C2N also carried out monitoring activities. These tasks focused on the necessary repairs and maintenance of the site to ensure the property continues to function optimally.
