The project involves both an existing building and a newly completed building in 2022, located in Roosendaal. Both logistics buildings were developed and are used by Karpack, a manufacturer of cardboard packaging. The properties were later acquired by DIC Asset AG.
In March 2022, C2N conducted the Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for both buildings, assessing the technical condition of the buildings, the associated documentation, and any risk factors that could impact the transaction.
