The WDP project in Tilburg is the first distribution center in the Netherlands to receive a BREEAM certification. The building is used by Kuehne + Nagel as a returns center and is part of their ambition to operate CO2-neutral by 2030. This goal is pursued by detecting, reducing, and compensating for CO2 emissions.
The distribution center is certified with a BREEAM-NL Good score, and C2N served as the BREEAM Assessor for this project, supporting the sustainability process to achieve the ambitious goals.
