The New Logic II distribution center, developed by Heembouw on behalf of Dok Vast B.V., is a sustainable and innovative logistics hub located in the Vossenberg West II business park. The facility includes 350 parking spaces and combines industrial and office spaces, allowing for mixed-use functionality for the BREEAM certification process.

The building is leased to Tesla for their logistics processes. On July 28, 2015, the project achieved the BREEAM Certification with the highest Outstanding score and a logistics BREEAM score of 91.18%, making it the most sustainable logistics building in the Netherlands at that time.
