National Postcode Lottery office building - Amsterdam

Since 2004, we have been delivering sustainable and financially responsible real estate solutions. Through strategic advice and leading projects, we are shaping the future of real estate.

Key Features: Sustainable demolition, demolition and deconstruction certification, eco-friendly approach, material reuse, renovation and expansion of an empty building.

The building of the Nationale Postcode Loterij on Beethovenstraat in Amsterdam, which had been vacant for ten years, is undergoing a major transformation. In September 2017, the project achieved the Sloop and Demolition Certificate for the preparation phase with an Excellent score, followed by the Execution Certificate on September 5, 2018, also with an Excellent score.

The sustainable demolition approach goes beyond environmental considerations. The work is carried out with great care to reuse materials while minimizing dust and noise pollution to respect the surrounding environment. The project involves the complete renovation and expansion of the building, which will be given new life after the renovation.

C2N served as the BREEAM-NL Assessor, supporting the team in obtaining the necessary certifications and implementing sustainable demolition and deconstruction practices.
