The Eurogate II office complex, located in Capelle a/d IJssel, was originally built in 2001. Between 2012 and 2017, C2N was extensively involved in the phased renovation of the building. The goal was to modernize the shell, with a focus on sustainability and achieving an energy label A, as well as preparing for a BREEAM In-Use certification at the Very Good level.
As part of this extensive upgrade, a new 280-seat restaurant was created on the 13th floor, exclusively for tenants. The central entrance on the ground floor was also completely renovated and modernized to meet current standards. Through C2N's integrated approach, Eurogate II was transformed into a future-proof and attractive office building.
