At the Het Laar business park in Tilburg, Dokvast developed a high-quality and sustainable distribution center known as NewLogic III. The facility consists of three interconnected distribution halls with mezzanine floors, suitable for storage and future expansion of both storage and office areas. The center also includes offices spread over four floors, as well as changing rooms and a central canteen.
NewLogic III is considered the second most sustainable industrial building in the world. On May 16, 2019, it received the BREEAM-NL New Construction post-completion certificate with the highest possible rating of Outstanding. C2N acted as the BREEAM-NL Assessor for this prestigious project.
