The Udea Distribution Center is a new, sustainable distribution facility that began construction in June 2018 at the Foodpark industrial estate in Veghel. The building covers a gross floor area (GFA) of 30,870 m² and was designed to replace two existing Udea centers. The focus on environmental friendliness and sustainability is a key feature of the project, reflected in its BREEAM Excellent certification process. The Design Certificate was obtained on February 25, 2019, underscoring the building's high standards of sustainability and energy efficiency.
C2N acted as the BREEAM Assessor for this project, guiding the BREEAM certification process. The project serves as an example of how Udea has translated its sustainability goals into the realization of a state-of-the-art distribution center.
