VGP Park Moerdijk Warehouse D&E is a cutting-edge warehouse of over 100,000 m², located in Moerdijk between the A16 and A17 motorways. The project is part of a large-scale development in this strategic location. The warehouse features full-width mezzanines at both the front and rear, and each corner of the building includes three-story office spaces, ensuring efficient layout and optimal space utilization.
The design of Warehouse D&E prioritizes sustainability and energy efficiency and has achieved a BREEAM “Excellent” certification.
