The Fruitweg building is a former bus depot, constructed in the 1930s. After a renovation in the early 2000s, the building was transformed into a multifunctional facility with office spaces, business units, and a residential area. The total gross floor area is approximately 6,550 m².
On behalf of Arcadis, C2N performed a Technical Due Diligence (TDD) on the building’s structural and architectural components, as well as the condition of the site. This inspection provided the client with insights into the technical condition of the property, enabling the optimization of management and future maintenance needs.
