AM House is a modern office building located at Ptolemaeuslaan 80 in Papendorp,Utrecht, which underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2018. Both the structureand installations were completely renewed, with the striking atrium serving asthe building’s central feature. The building is optimally designed for officeuse, with a strong focus on user comfort.
The location offers excellent accessibility via motorway and public transport.The building features its own parking garage, equipped with charging stationsand carpool spaces. In addition, it provides generous recreational areas, bothindoors and on the outdoor terrace, for its users.
Upon recertification, AM House consistently achieved a BREEAM "VeryGood" rating. C2N served as the BREEAM Expert for this project.
