Oldelft Ultrasound office building | TU Delft Campus
Since 2004, we have been delivering sustainable and financially responsible real estate solutions. Through strategic advice and leading projects, we are shaping the future of real estate.
Key Features: Energy-efficient building with an A++++ label, ecological façades with nesting boxes and climbing plants, advanced R&D and production space.
On the TU Delft Campus, the new headquarters of Oldelft Ultrasound has been realized – a leading company in miniaturized ultrasound diagnostics. This innovative building provides space for both R&D and production and was developed with particular attention to sustainability, ecology, and comfort.
The façades are equipped with green louvers covered in climbing plants, nesting boxes, and space for insects, contributing to the biodiversity of the campus environment. These elements also function as sunshading, enhancing the interior climate.
Inside, a light-filled atrium has been created to optimize daylight, and the building features a heat-cold storage (WKO) system and an extensive PV installation. These solar panels cover more than half of the energy needs, resulting in an A++++ energy label.
C2N served as the BREEAM Expert and successfully guided the project to achieve a BREEAM-NL Excellent score of 72.05%.
A building that’s sustainable today stays relevant tomorrow.
The future of real estate lies in innovation, efficiency, and responsibility.
