The building was designed with a focus on sustainability, incorporating passive solar shading, building orientation, heat recovery, variable ventilation, LED lighting, PV panels, and the use of eco-friendly materials. These measures resulted in a BREEAM-NL Excellent certification through a bespoke procedure.
Plus Ultra has won the ARC16-detail award and was nominated for the BNA ‘Best Building of the Year’ and the European Architecture Awards. C2N served as BREEAM-NL Expert, ensuring compliance with the highest sustainability requirements.
