Since 2004, we have been delivering sustainable and financially responsible real estate solutions. Through strategic advice and leading projects, we are shaping the future of real estate.
Key Features: BREEAM Outstanding, innovative architecture, future headquarters of BNP Paribas and Arcadis.
The Cubehouse is an innovative office building with an impressive surface area of approximately 16,300 m². Designed by the renowned New York-based architecture firm SO-IL, the building embraces a three-dimensional approach that creates spaces where visitors, businesses, and nature can thrive in harmony. It reflects a forward-thinking vision that challenges conventional boundaries and marks a new era in urban design—one that promotes collaboration, community, and innovation.
The Cubehouse is part of the Mahler 4 development in Amsterdam’s Zuidas business district. The ground floor will be activated under the “CubeHouse” concept, offering both locals and visitors a chance to experience sustainable and digital innovations developed in the Netherlands. The Cubehouse will become the future headquarters of BNP Paribas Netherlands and Arcadis.
The building’s completion is scheduled for late 2025. It has already achieved a BREEAM design certificate with an “Outstanding” rating, with C2N serving as the BREEAM Assessor for the project.
From concept to completion: sustainability is the common thread.
The future of real estate demands a synergy of technology, economics, and ecology.
