The Palace Hotel, previously a post office on Spuistraat in Amsterdam, has been transformed into a 5-star hotel (W Hotel) with 172 rooms. Public amenities such as the reception, bars, and restaurants are located on the top floor, offering guests a panoramic view of the city. The new roof structure gives the building a visibly new public character for the city. In addition to the original post office, the Palace Hotel also includes the former Kas Bank.
C2N acted as the BREEAM-NL Assessor. In December 2019, the BREEAM-NL Completion Certificate was obtained with a score of Very Good.
