Waldorp Four is a large-scale residential development in The Hague, consisting of three residential towers with 23 floors and one tower with 14 floors. In total, the project comprises 75,285 m² of prefabricated living space with compact apartments ranging from 20 to 50 m². The prefab units are fully produced in a factory and delivered to the construction site just-in-time for assembly.
The project is situated on a narrow plot between The Hague Hollands Spoor station and Laakhaven-West. The 300-meter-long base is characterized by full-glass façades, wooden slats with greenery, and a sustainable appearance. The ground level offers 1,000 m² of commercial space, partially occupied by hospitality establishments. Additional amenities include a bicycle storage facility and a parking garage.
