In 2022, C2N began its collaboration with WDP Netherlands as BREEAM In-Use Expert for the WDP Portfolio 2022. This pilot included 16 logistics assets across the Netherlands, with a total gross floor area (GFA) of more than 500,000 m². The portfolio consisted of a mix of distribution centers and office buildings.
The average BREEAM score for the portfolio in 2022 was “Good,” with five assets achieving “Very Good” ratings. This successful pilot marked an important first step towards sustainability and certification goals for WDP’s real estate portfolio.
