Tochtenzicht is an assisted living complex consisting of 69 apartments, divided into two parts: a 10-story residential tower and a low-rise section of 2 floors with auxiliary functions on the ground floor of the building. The complex was built between 1991 and 1992 and is located in the Prins Alexander district of Rotterdam.
On behalf of Woonhave, C2N conducted a full Technical Due Diligence (TDD), including structural, architectural, building services, and site inspections.
