The new-build distribution centre in Echt Susteren was completed in November 2021 and covers approximately 100,000 m² of GFA, including office space. A photovoltaic (PV) installation of around 95,000 m² is planned for 2024 once the area’s infrastructure is ready.
C2N conducted the Technical Due Diligence (TDD) in August 2020 for P3 Logistics, providing the Development Risk Appraisal. Following the successful transaction, C2N provided project monitoring on behalf of P3, overseeing compliance with contractual agreements up to the completion of the building.
