Green Square Logistics IV is a newly built distribution center and the second completed phase of the large-scale Green Square development, located in the centrally positioned area of Green Park Aalsmeer. The plot spans 19,000 m², with a total floor area exceeding 16,000 m².
The distribution center includes a warehouse, a two-level mezzanine, and an office section. The site features 106 parking spaces and 13 loading docks. Additional amenities include facilities for (electric) bicycles, carpooling, and electric vehicle charging.
The project achieved a BREEAM “Very Good” rating upon completion, with C2N serving as the BREEAM Assessor.
