On behalf of WDP Netherlands, C2N carried out a full Technical Due Diligence (TDD) on both the existing building and the planned new construction. The TDD included a thorough investigation of all technical aspects of the property, including buildings, building systems, and the site. This provided a clear insight into the technical condition of the property and enabled the client to make informed decisions.
