The Oudeland Distribution Center is a high-quality and sustainable building developed by Heembouw on behalf of Aviva at the Oudeland business park in Berkel en Rodenrijs. The complex consists of a spacious warehouse with a mezzanine on the first floor, positioned between two office spaces at the front of the building. This mezzanine is suitable for both storage and expanding office space.
The distribution center is flexibly designed, with two identical office spaces on either side of the warehouse, and the option to divide the hall for various purposes. This flexibility makes the building suitable for different types of businesses.
On June 9, 2021, the BREEAM-NL completion certificate was obtained, achieving the building's sustainability goals. C2N fulfilled the role of BREEAM-NL Expert in this project, contributing to its success with our expertise in sustainability and certification.
