At the request of WDP Nederland N.V., C2N conducted a comprehensive Technical Due Diligence (TDD) on a renovated industrial building completed in 2018. The project involved a thorough assessment of the building's architectural and structural components, building services, and the site. The total gross floor area of both buildings is 12,000 m².
Located on the Hanzeweg in Hasselt, these buildings are an integral part of Scania's operational infrastructure. C2N ensured that all technical aspects of the buildings meet the requirements for sustainable and efficient use.
