VGP Park Moerdijk Warehouse A, B, and C is a large-scale new construction project located in Moerdijk, between highways A16 and A17, and forms a key component of the area's logistics development. This project consists of three sustainable warehouses, each with a total area of approximately 100,000 m². Each warehouse features a three-story office block at its corners, offering an efficient and flexible layout.
The buildings are gas-free and fully electric, with the required energy generated by PV systems installed on the roofs. This allows tenants to make the most of self-generated energy, which not only contributes to sustainability but also leads to reduced energy consumption and long-term cost savings.
All three warehouses have been certified with the BREEAM label and achieved an Excellent rating, demonstrating that these buildings meet the highest sustainability standards. C2N served as the BREEAM Assessor for this project, supporting and optimizing the sustainability goals of the development.
