Office 500, located on Beethovenstraat in Amsterdam, is a sustainable new construction project designed by Claus & Kaan Architects. The building offers approximately 6,000 m² of office space, with 400 m² of commercial space on the ground floor and 60 parking spaces. Situated on a prominent corner of the Amsterdam Zuidas, Office 500 is one of the most visible buildings in the district.
The building is equipped with energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. C2N played the role of BREEAM Assessor in this project. The BREEAM-NL Excellent Design Certificate was obtained, as well as the BREEAM Excellent Completion Certificate after the completion of the building.
