Atrium Amsterdam, located at the Zuidas, is a striking office building known for its impressive architecture, with large glass walls and a robust appearance. Not only is the building rich in history as the oldest structure at Zuidas, but it also represents a blend of entrepreneurship, hospitality, sustainability, and well-being. The building is well-integrated with sustainable energy systems, including solar panels, cold and heat storage, and district heating.
C2N played a key role as a BREEAM Expert in achieving the BREEAM-NL Completion Certificate for both towers, with an Excellent rating. C2N also contributed to the certification of the In-Use phase, achieving BREEAM-NL In-Use Excellent for both towers and Very Good for the existing Center Building.
Since the building's completion, C2N has continued to support the ongoing In-Use (re)certifications for the entire Atrium, ensuring the sustainability goals of the project are continuously monitored and improved.
