Freshfields is located at Fresh Park Venlo (FPV), an industrial area where over a hundred companies focus on the processing and supply of fresh food. The goal is to deliver fresh food to the right place at the right time.
On behalf of Arcadis, C2N carried out building inspections on 24 properties, with construction years ranging from 1960 to 2018. The inspections covered the structural and architectural elements, as well as the building systems of each property. The total floor area of the 24 buildings is approximately 270,000 m².
