The New Loft Office, located at De Passage 114–160 in Amsterdam, is a modern office building developed in 2012. Known for its loft-style floors with high ceilings, the building is ideal for open and creative office spaces. The building has a rentable floor area of 7,700 m², spread over eight floors. It boasts an A+ energy label and utilizes district cooling and heating systems, ensuring energy-efficient operation.

On July 28, 2021, the building was awarded the BREEAM In-Use certification with a score of Very Good. C2N served as the BREEAM-NL Assessor for this project, contributing to the building's sustainable performance and helping secure the desired certification.
