For NIBC's Amsterdam office, a strategic relocation to the Zuidas, Amsterdam's business hub, was chosen. The existing office at Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal no longer met the company's image and requirements. After an extensive market exploration, a decision was made to move to a new office space of approximately 1,200 m² in the prestigious “UN Studio” building.
C2N was appointed as the project manager and was responsible for adapting the shell and the complete fit-out of an advanced dealer room with accompanying facilities. Through close collaboration with the client and involved parties, C2N created a high-quality, future-proof working environment that aligns with NIBC's ambitions in the Amsterdam Zuidas.
