The ITO & SOM complex in the Mahler4 area of Amsterdam consists of approximately 45,782 m² of office space, 1,311 m² of retail units, 754 m² of archive space, and 4,133 m² of other functions. The complex is connected by a large courtyard and is an integral part of the Mahler4 area, the first project in a broader area development.
To highlight the sustainable value and quality of the building, a BREEAM-NL In-Use certification process was undertaken. C2N played the role of BREEAM In-Use Expert in this project, being actively involved in achieving the sustainability goals and certification.
