Urban Vista is a large-scale transformation project on Sir Winston Churchilllaan in Rijswijk, where three existing office towers are being converted into modern apartments. The project also includes the renovation of the parking garage and redesign of the outdoor space, with extra focus on greenery and quality of life.
The location is excellently accessible: within walking distance of Rijswijk station, with a tram stop right at the entrance and quick access to the A4 motorway. A total of 244 apartments will be realized, suitable for a wide target group.
