In collaboration with WDP Netherlands, C2N acted as BREEAM In-Use Expert for the WDP Portfolio 2023. This portfolio includes 31 logistics assets spread throughout the Netherlands, with a total gross floor area (GFA) exceeding 800,000 m². The portfolio is a mix of distribution centers and office spaces.
Following the successful certification of 16 assets during the 2022 pilot phase, the collaboration continues. In 2024, 15 new assets will be certified under BREEAM In-Use, with C2N serving as BREEAM Expert.
The average BREEAM score for the portfolio in 2023 is “Good,” with an average score of 46%. WDP aims to further improve and increase its sustainability score in 2024.
