For the development of an apartment complex on Beneluxlaan in Utrecht, C2N conducted a comprehensive ESG Due Diligence for Fidelity International in the context of a potential acquisition. The project consists of a 20-storey building with approximately 200 apartments, parking facilities, and a commercial ground floor.

In the ESG report, C2N assessed various aspects including a BREEAM-NL Quickscan and identified opportunities for sustainability improvements. A Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor (CRREM) assessment was also carried out, including recommendations to make the building "Paris-Proof". Additionally, an EU Taxonomy assessment was conducted, taking into account Fidelity Real Estate’s sustainability objectives.

Based on these analyses, C2N provided advice regarding the ESG-related risks and opportunities associated with the acquisition of this project.
