The Nieuwe Haagsche Passage was built on the site of the former Marks & Spencer in the Spuikwartier district of The Hague. The project features a contemporary look that seamlessly fits into the new style of the area, known for its shopping and entertainment scene. The design for this project comes from the renowned architect Bernard Tschumi.
On November 23, 2017, the project obtained the BREEAM-NL Completion Certificate with a Good rating. C2N served as the BREEAM Expert for this project, making a significant contribution to achieving the sustainability goals.
